Critter Chain: Terms of Use

1. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old to play and to receive a prize. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you accept these terms.

2. Free to play

Playing is free. No purchase or payment is needed to play or to win. The game is supported by advertising.

3. How the game works

• When you sign up you receive one character. It stays yours and does not change.
• All players see the same chain of characters. Each press moves the chain to the next character, which shares exactly two traits with the one before it.
• You get 10 presses a day. You can get more presses by watching an ad, up to the daily limit shown in the game. Daily limits reset at midnight Israel time.
• The server alone decides which character comes next. Nothing on your device can influence it.

4. Winning and claiming

• If your character appears in the chain, you may claim the prize shown at the moment you claim.
• You must claim within 10 minutes of your character appearing. A prize that is not claimed in time is lost.
• Each appearance can be claimed once.

5. Prizes and odds

• The prize starts at $1 and rises after every win. As the prize rises, wins become rarer.
• When the prize reaches its cap, the game pauses and returns on the date shown in the game. A new round then starts from the starting prize.
• We may change prize amounts, odds, limits and the cap at any time. Changes do not affect a prize that was already claimed.

6. Payment

• Prizes are paid by PayPal or by Bit (Bit is available for Israeli accounts only), to the details you give when you claim.
• Before paying, we may ask you to confirm your identity and age. If you cannot, the prize may be cancelled.
• Please make sure your payment details are correct. We are not responsible for payments sent to details you entered wrongly.
• Any taxes on a prize are your responsibility. Fees charged by PayPal or Bit may be deducted.

7. Fair play

The following are not allowed:

• Bots, scripts, macros or any other automated way of playing, signing up or claiming.
• Tampering with the game, its servers or its traffic, or exploiting a bug.
• Fake or automated ad views or clicks, or any attempt to cheat the ad system.

If we reasonably believe you broke these rules, we may cancel any of your prizes, including unpaid ones, and close your accounts. This decision is ours to make.

8. Changes and ending the game

We may change, pause or end the game, or cancel a win caused by a technical error. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.

9. Your information

We store your email address, your game activity and, when you claim, your payment details. We use them only to run the game, pay prizes and prevent abuse. We do not sell them. Ad partners may use cookies under their own policies.

10. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". It may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of any prize you validly claimed and were not paid.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
